Why we exist
Technology got fragmented. We're putting it back together.
Somewhere along the way, business technology split into a dozen specialties sold by a dozen disconnected providers — web agencies, AI consultants, IT shops, security vendors — each optimizing their slice while nobody owns the whole.
Citadel was founded on a simple belief: for most businesses, these aren’t separate problems. Your website feeds your automation. Your automation runs on your IT. Your IT is only as good as its security. One partner who understands all four will always outperform four vendors who understand one each.
We’re young, capable, and technically serious. We don’t pretend to be a giant corporation — we aim to be the team you actually call, that actually answers, and that actually fixes things.
