Content on this website is provided for general information. You may not misuse the site, submit false information through our forms, or attempt to disrupt its operation.

Inquiries and proposals

Submitting a contact or quote request does not create a service agreement. All project work is governed by a separate written proposal or contract describing scope, timeline, and pricing.

Intellectual property

The Citadel name, logo, and site content are owned by Citadel unless otherwise stated. Client project deliverables and ownership are defined in each project agreement — by default, clients own what they pay for.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citadel is not liable for damages arising from use of this site.
